The Iberian Salchichón is made of top quality pork meats marinated with pepper and spices, where are stuffed and sent to the drying shed to fulfill its proper drying process. It has a high nutritional value, really succulent and also a characteristic flavour with no comparison.
ORIGIN: Iberian pig meats and fats, salt, sugars, flavour enhancer, spices, preservatives, antioxidant. CURING PROCESS: Between 60 and 90 days.
Take out from the packaging 30 minutes in advance in order to be eaten properly, keeping it at room temperature to enhance its aroma and quality.
