Mix of minced meats, coming from the fine pieces of the pork exclusively, seasoned with sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar, all kneaded and stuffed into guts, which had a maturing-drying process, and it is featured by its red skin and its characteristic aroma and flavour.
ORIGIN: Guijuelo (Salamanca). INGREDIENTS: Pork lean, sea salt, paprika and sugar. CURING PROCESS: More than 5 months.
It must be tasted in thin slices, this way they come melted into the palate with intense aroma and flavour. Leave to stand for 15 min before consuming.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
