OUR HISTORY

The tradition of Jamones Juan Gargallo goes back to the second half of the 20th century when its founder, Juan Gargallo, laid the foundations of a family business that has spent decades developing and trading ham.

First opening

Ham Juan Gargallo opens the first deli Ham Garlic Juan Gargallo at Av. Pérez Galdós 98 in Valencia. Nowadays it is the center of the company.

Inauguration Drying Ham Juan Gargallo

Juan Gargallo and Bernardino López inaugurate their own drying room in the Sale of the Air in Albentosa, Teruel.

Opening 2nd charcuterie

Hams Juan Gargallo expands with the inauguration of his second delicatessen. A place in the Nuevo Centro Shopping Center.
