Made of the most selected lean meat from the Iberians of Castro y González. Intense orangey-red coloured, soft touch and mid toughness with intense aroma where the paprika used in its elaboration softly stands out.
ORIGIN: Guijuelo (Salamanca). INGREDIENTES: Iberian pork meat, salt, paprika, sugars, spices and preservatives. CURING PROCESS: Minimum 3 months
It must be tasted in thin slices, this way they come melted into the palate with intense aroma and flavour. Leave to stand 15 minutes before consuming.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
