300 gr. approx. Elaborated in our own drying shed. Fuet is a sort of cold meat typical from Catalonia, similar to Salami, with white skin and thinner, it is made of the minced meat from the pork and seasoned with garlic and pepper.
ORIGIN: Drying shed property of Jamones Juan Gargallo, Albentosa (Teruel). INGREDIENTS: Pork lean and bacon, salt, sugars, spices, milk proteins, antioxidant, colourants and preservatives. Lactic ferments. CURING PROCESS: 25 days approximately.
A really appreciated cold meat, specially among children. Raw, in dices or slices are such perfect ways to enjoy it.
Best before 6 months. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
