It is made of raw sheep’s milk, Manchega breed, raised in the country house Dehesa de Los Llanos. Ivory-white colour, creamy texture and a clean aroma evoking roasted coffee grains and nuts. Its flavour, persistent, is intense and elegant and it is featured by its soft flavour and aroma, characteristic of the great quality semi-matures, with a creamy texture and really friable.
ORIGIN: Dehesa de Los Llanos (Albacete) INGREDIENTS: Raw manchega sheep’s milk, rennet, ferment, salt, egg lysozyme. CURING PROCESS: Minimum between 2,5 to 3 months.
Great combination with red wines, also excellent as a dessert with products like quince and other fruity jams.
Keep always refrigerated between 1-8º C and, once opened, wrap in transparent film. To be served at room temperature.
