Straw-yellow colour, with a slightly dry texture and an intense aroma evoking the hills. Its flavour is clean, intense and elegant, with hints of mould.
ORIGIN: Dehesa de Los Llanos (Albacete).
INGREDIENTS: Raw manchega sheep’s milk, rennet, ferment, salt, egg lysozyme.
CURING PROCESS: Minimum 9 months.
Great combination with red wines, also excellent as a dessert with products like quince and other fruity jams.
Keep always refrigerated between 1-8º C and, once opened, wrap in transparent film. To be served at room temperature.
