The genuine “salchichón de Vic from Casa Riera Ordeix” has satisfied the most demanding gourmet palades. The exceptional quality of this salchichón is due to the careful artisanal process used in its elaboration. It starts with the selection of meats and loins from free-range pigs, followed bythe only seasoning of the exact amount of salt and pepper needed and then leave to stand.

In order to appreciate its delicious flavour, consume at room temperature by taking it out from the fridge 15 minutes before eating; then, it can be tasted both cut into dices or thin slices.
Store in a cool, dry place.
