The whole piece weighs between 7,5 and 8 Kg. approx. Product made of Iberian pork hind limbs, raised in the pasture of the Iberian peninsula and fed on acorns during the Montanera season (October-March approx.). The ham “Cinco Jotas” (5J) has a lasting aroma, besides its incomparable flavour and bouquet. Black hoof and fine hank. Its cut has a uniform colour with multiple shiny fat veins.
BREED: Pure Iberian. ORIGIN: Jabugo (Huelva). INGREDIENTS: Iberian acorn-fed ham, salt, sugar, lactose, preservative (E-250) and (E-252) and antioxidant (E-301). CURING PROCESS: Minimum 36 months.
Serve in thin slices to be tasted.
