Vintage red wine made in Valencia from grapes of Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo and Syrah. It turns out to be elegant, with strong personality and a presence of fruits together with Mediterranean features. Enjoy aromas of red fruits such as raspberry, redcurrant, plum, and also from chocolates, roasted or minerals.
PRODUCER: Bodegas La Viña. DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Valencia. AGING: 12 months of aging within new American oak barrels, followed by a resting period in bottle of 6 months.
To be served between 16ºC and 18ºC. Highly recommended to be tasted with red meat, such as an entrecôte, a T-bone steak from Avila or a sirloin steak with a light side dish.
Store at constant temperature not exceeding 16ºC.
