500 ml. can. Extra virgin olive oil, from the variety Serrana de Espadán. It comes from the crops located in the National Park of Sierra de Espadán. It has a low degree of acidity, only a few tenths that gives it an exceptional softness without taking the fruity flavour from the olives away. The cooperative Oliespal produces the finest rate olive oil which is been made straight from the olives and using mechanical procedures only. Awarded with a great deal of prizes such as the Monte Carlo Gastronomy Fair 2010 first prize.
